I know my size but where can I find it to place my order?
To quickly find and order your sock simply enter your sock size (Item Name or Model Number, eg. PTB 15x2 or C215) into the search box on the left and click 'Search'. In the product page, click on the Item Name or 'More info' for more details. You can now select Sock Type, Top End Finish, and the option of with or without Suspension Pin Hole. However, if you are new to the Heller brand, there's ample information here to assist you in making the right selection. Alternatively, simply send us an email with your enquiry and we'll be happy to assist.
Do you ship globally?
Yes. We use Australia Post's trackable Air Mail Service. Delivery time is 4-7 business days. Flat rate of A$25.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes. For orders with a shipping address outside Australia, we are currently offering a Free Shipping Option for orders over A$120.
I have a very unusual size/shape stump; Do I need a Made-To-Measure stump sock?
You may need a Made-To-Measure sock. All you need to do is send us a diagram of your stump with all the relevant measurements and we'll do the rest. If non of the sock patterns we have is a match, we will design a new one especially for you. You will be advised of the cost and delivery time, and we will keep you up to date through the whole process. Check Made-To-Measure sock for more information.
Do you charge a fee for designing a Made-To-Measure stump sock?
Each unique Made-To-Measure sock requires us to design a new pattern and a once-only fee of A$17 for pattern making will apply. A unique code number will be assigned to this pattern and you should keep a record of this number for future orders. You will be entitled to a once-only free-of-charge adjustment to your pattern. The adjustment may cover any number of aspects of the sock, e.g. length, width/s and thickness (ply). If you wish to alter the material type, a new code number will be issued and an additional pattern making charge will apply.
Are your stump socks machine washable?
Yes. All our socks are machine washable.
Will your socks shrink or felt?
If the provided 'Care Instructions' for the socks are followed correctly there should be no shrinkage or felting. Wool and Coolmax, the main components of our socks, can be damaged if exposed to excessive heat. Adhering to the recommended water temperature as well as avoiding direct sunlight is vital.
What is your unit of sale?
Our socks are priced and sold as Each and not as pairs. However we pack them in pairs; this reduces the impact on the environment and helps in keeping costs down.
Can I make changes to my order?
No. Once we have received your order it cannot be cancelled or altered in any way. Check Shipping and Returns for more information.
What is your policy on Returns and refunds?
Faulty sock - In the unlikely event of a faulty sock please return the item/s to us for inspection. A refund or replacement will be issued only if we deem the sock/s to be faulty.
A refund or a replacement will be issued only for unused socks, in their original packaging and in 'As new' condition. The original invoice must also be returned with the socks.
Wrong size was ordered - If you have ordered the wrong size we may accept the socks back for a replacement or a refund; however, this does not apply to all socks (see below for eligible socks.) If you opt for a refund, any actual* freight costs incurred by us will be deducted regardless of the Free Shipping Option or the Flat Rate. Also, a 15% fee for restocking will be deducted. No 'Free Shipping Option' is available for replacement orders. Actual freight cost will apply. You may need to make an additional payment to cover shipping cost and any price variations.
*Actual freight cost to destinations outside Australia, on average, is about twice the Flat Rate.
A sock we suggested does not fit well - While we have the best of intentions when suggesting a sock to you, based on measurements provided to us, the final decision as to its suitability lies with you. Therefore if you wish to return these socks the rules that apply are the same as those for ordering the wrong size. See above.

Made-To-Measure socks are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
Only the following socks* may be returned if wrongly ordered:
- Standard socks from the Woollen range with model number ending in '+'.
- All types of model number C215+ (Excluding Blue Tip).
- Standard and Blue types of model number C315+
- All Fleecenette socks of the Standard 4 ply only.
- All Cool Wool socks of the Original 6 Ply only.
*Hemmed socks, and socks with suspension pin holes are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
